Employee Spotlight shines on Cindy Mattingly

LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – Born and raised in Kentucky, Cindy Mattingly has a certain southern charm that is comforting to everyone she meets.

Cindy joined AVIAN in 2012 and instantly revealed herself as a great mentor and sounding board to fellow employees.

With poise and grace, Cindy currently supports the Air-to-Air Missiles Program Office (PMA-259) and the Airborne Electronic Attack Systems and EA-6B Program Office (PMA-234) a lead communications/multimedia specialist.

She understands the benefit communications and multimedia specialists bring to NAVAIR programs, so she also spends time educating potential customers on the AVIAN Information and Multimedia Services (AIMS) team.

Although dedicated to her career, Cindy measures success through family and teaching her three daughters that servant leadership will take you far.

Wanderlust at heart, Cindy enjoys traveling the world and experiencing new cultures. She and her husband, Craig, are often joined in their many travels by their daughters: Mary, Madeline and Emma.  To date, Cindy has visited 31 countries on 3 continents.
